The listing for this robe is confusing with all the different item names and descriptors which made it hard to know what I was actually buying. What it isn’t is a towel for drying off: it’s far too thin for that purpose. It works okay as a cover-up for lounging or getting ready once you’re already dry, but that’s about it. I also found it runs a bit smaller than the sizing chart suggests, so I’d recommend sizing up. Overall, there are better, more substantial options out there.

If you're looking for the type of spa wrap that you find in the most exclusive spas around the world, this ain't it. This isn't the most luxurious of products. With that said, it's $14.99 and it delivers on every promise made in the description and then some. It's a light, waffle weave fabric, but as far as waffle weave fabrics come and go, it's a mid range quality. It is heavy enough to be respectably sturdy and functional as a wrap. It is not made for warmth or an exceptional level of comfort. Nobody can see through it, it will hold up to washing, and it doesn't feel bad against the skin. It simply doesn't feel plush or like something you'd necessarily seek out to roll around in or rub against you. But again, it's $14.99. Value wise, this is nice fabric for the price. For the most part it is well made. The snaps work well, but they're plastic. That's not my favorite, but they're attached well and after playing around with this thing, washing it, and wearing it around for hours on end, I can't dock a star for the plastic snaps simply because they aren't metal. They function, they function well, and they still align and function well after a wash and tumble dry. If you ask me, that's the ultimate test of a product like this. How does it come out of the dryer? It came out great. No shrinkage, so weird seams or misaligned snaps. No pilling, no fading, no weirdness. What went in came right back out. Considering I didn't look at the measurements before ordering, actually exceed the size on the chart, and can still comfortably wear this with all snaps fastened after a wash and dry, I'm a happy camper. I think this is going to be great for running around the house and the yard in my swimsuit this summer. It's also a great wrap to wear when you're doing hair and makeup. I wouldn't be opposed to including it in a gift, but I do think it would be a crummy stand alone gift. Not because the product is bad, but because you can do better than a cheap wrap for someone you love. Practically speaking as the head of my household, sometimes all you want or need is a cheap wrap though. This is an affordable wrap that will last for years. If you're not expecting country club vibes on a penny, this will be just fine and likely exceed all of your expectations.

This shower wrap is made from very lightweight waffle fabric, polyester to be exact. I may feel different about it in a few months when it's 90-110 degrees, but right now at 70 degrees when I opened it, I thought it didn't at all seem like something I'd want to put on after the shower or I would freeze. I wrap up in a terry cloth robe normally. That said, this is pretty much as it's stated here on this listing. I just think the material is too icky and a bit thin. There are five snaps across the top to close it, and they are adjustable to tighten to hold it up. I found to get it fully around my girls I had to snap it to where it felt too tight. If I changed it to one looser, I really was sure it would drop and fall. I'm not sure how well this will work for me.

This is the second bath wrap robe I’ve had recently. I have a pretty casual, unbothered post-shower routine and I don’t like to get dressed when I still feel warm… so a bath wrap towel is incredibly useful. The fabric is a soft, lightweight waffle weave that I would say is medium absorbent. The way the wrap secures itself around you is from a row of very small snaps… which is more comfortable than velcro I’ve had on wraps before… even if adjusted so they aren’t all lined up. The color of mine (not totally reflected in my pics due to lighting) is a nice, saturated washed denim blue color. I got an XL which fits comfortably and doesn’t pinch or dig (I’m about a 38-40DD). The front overlap is the snaps and the back has an elastic stretch. There is a tag that can be used to hang the towel on a hook… which is my only real complaint. As the hooks in my bathroom are the kind with a ball on the end and the tag loop is too small to fit over it… so I had to get creative to hang it easily. That small issue aside, I really like this bath wrap and will probably permanently switch to this one from my others.
