A really great robe. It’s the perfect thickness/warmth for summer evenings, even mild fall days will be great. The material is soft and comfortable. Sleeves are perfect length on me, I’ve had a few robes with too short of sleeves before. I wish the inside was lined without the waffle knit though, that way it’d be even softer but I’m not too bummed about it! This is a great robe. This robe is surprisingly soft and comfortable, however it is much thinner than expected. That's why I deducted one star. Normally a waffle knit product would be a thicker heavier material. Other than that it appears to be a well made product and fits true to size.

I love this kimono robe, which is now my go-to dog-takeout-now outfit, plus whatever I have on underneath, always pajamas. It's so easy to throw this on, tie the belt, and off we go. It also has a tie on the inside of the robe, and both that tie and the belt stay tied. It even has two side pockets, which are essential for me since someone is always ready to drag me out first thing in the morning, and I need my dog-walking supplies handy. This is made of waffle knit, but it's very lightweight. I have to be careful when I hang this robe up, because the hanger tries to poke through the fabric, and I don't want that to happen. This is perfect for hot summers and should be good for early spring to late fall. I don't know about this part, though -- this robe is hand wash only. No mention of putting it in the washer in a mesh bag. But I never get dirty first thing in the morning or the last thing at night, and I figure I won't have to wash this that often. This is quite a bit of fabric to hand wash, but it's lightweight. I got this robe in the purple-gray color, and it's really pretty. I can't think of anything else that's this color, but it's nice, dark enough to keep me decently covered. I love this robe and would recommend this to anyone who wants a well made lightweight robe. I have been searching for a summer weight short robe for months. I’m not sure that this one is perfect, but there is a lot going for it. I am 5’7“ and I usually wear a 12-14-16 dress depending on the product. I got an XXL in this robe. It fits perfectly. I think fit is the best thing about the robe. The length is good, length covering what needs covering while still being well above the knees. The belt is long and the ties hit at my actual waist. The shoulders fit well, with some stretch for comfort. Arm length is flattering and the openings are not tight. The material is very light and pleasant to put on right after a shower. I washed it and line dried it and it did not fade or shrink at all. It fits exactly the same as before washing. The material, however, is see-through. It’s okay for me in my own home, or over the top of a swimsuit, but I would not wear this in front of company. (Unless it was a special kind of company.) ... show more

I typically avoid Kimono style robes - mainly because the top flap usually flops open - doesn’t stay closed. I was hesitant, but hoped the fabric and the waffle material would help the robe stay closed. And it does! True, not the most sexiest robe on Amazon - but it still wears and looks great on. Very comfortable. I have bought many other sleepwear products from this seller. I like how they offer practical nightgowns and robes for the everyday woman. There comes a point when a woman just wants to be comfortable when she lounges around and sleeps. She doesn’t want the “girls” partially exposed or hanging out.     • Lightweight robe that is cozy and not see-thru
Size: XX-Large Color: White
This is a fairly lightweight robe but even though I got it in white it isn't see-thru. For me, it's plenty warm enough for year-round wear but then I don't like overly warm robes even in the winter. I think most people would be happy with it for at least spring/summer/fall. This kimono style robe is about knee-length and has elbow-length sleeves that are loose and comfortable. I ordered up in size and probably didn't need to, but I find I'm enjoying the extra room. The robe has a tie belt with loops on the outside of the robe, and an inner tie that helps keep it securely closed. Plus two nice-sized pockets. I think this robe is appropriately priced at $25.99 (as of this writing), and would recommend it as long as you don't mind washing it by hand as directed on the website. ... show more
