The color isn't exactly like the picture, it's not as deep and red-toned purple as the pictures but the shade is still a beautiful eggplant purple. I would say it runs slightly small. I got a size large based on amazons suggestion. I think an XL would have been too big, so I'm glad I got a large but it is kind of tight. It'll fit perfect when I get in the water, though. I'm 5'2", 170 pounds, a 38c cup, and a 12/31W in jeans. The straps on the bottoms can be adjusted to sit higher or lower. The first set of pictures is how they want to sit naturally, the second set of pictures is how they sit when I pull them up onto my waist. I feel SO confident in this thing!! Yes!! My body: 5’0 ft., square-shaped body, 170 lbs. This bathing suit was completely beautiful and flattering to the eye!! Made well, no issues with stitching or broken pieces. I wear a large usually. So I bought this suit in a large. It’s a little tight on me because I have a wide body, so if you’re wide, I recommend going up a size because there are no adjustable straps to the bottoms. It's cute, don't get me wrong, the bottoms fit but the top did not. I even sized up to try and make up for it but it just didn't work in my favor. I am a 36DDD for reference and the top didn't fit even as an XL. I was able to adjust it by sewing on an older bikini top so it'd fit better but I personally won't recommend this for others with larger chests ... show more
