So I was skeptical cuz buying pillows online is always a gamble since you can't touch them. Well I was surprised. These pillows are really comfy. When I first got them, they were kinda lumpy and not fluffy, though they do say to throw em in the dryer for a few minutes to help with that and since I don't have a washer/dryer in my apartment(and the laundromats here have rules against just drying, you have to wash and dry there), they weren't as fluffy and comfortable as they are now. After a couple days they fluffed up and aren't lumpy anymore. There's a picture that's kinda misleading, it shows the pillow as having two sides: one firmer, one softer. That is not the case. Lol. Not sure how they would even accomplish that since the filling isn't separated by a barrier or anything, it's all just mixed up, which I was a little disappointed in, but they've turned out to be both soft and firm in a way that's really comfortable. Gives my head a soft place to lay while also keeping my head supported rather than sinking through the pillows. I used to be the type that folded my top pillow, or sometimes both, to give my head that little bit of extra support but with these I lay em both flat and my neck isn't strained. If you like pretty thick pillows these are perfect. I’ve had them for a couple months now and they are still holding the same shape as they did day 2. I say day 2 because the first day you just open them up and let them come to the full size naturally. I think that part might be pretty important

Needless to say, I will be replacing all the pillows in my house with these. My boyfriend and I have both struggling to get the same quality of sleep at night because I like a softer pillow and he likes a firm one. They're here! Once I broke through all of the vacuum sealed and compressed plastic, there they were! 2 king sized pillows full of fluffy softness! (Ok...the fluffy didn't happen until I put them in the dryer for 15 minutes and hand fluffed them.) They make me want to buy 100 of them and sleep on those 😁 I bought these in queen size. They arrived on time and I used them with the shams for my bedding. 2 weeks later my husband decided to get a king sized bed. I've ordered them in King size and they're supposed to be delivered today, but they haven't even shipped yet. I'm sure there will be a new review about the king sized. I would recommend them. I was actually impressed with these pillows and you they really are a bargain for what you get. They came vacuum sealed. Once they were freed from the bag, they start to fluff up immediately. At the time, i thought they fluffed up just ok, but i noticed the next day, they had expanded even more. They were comfortable and supportive for my liking. Not sure how well they will hold up in the long run, but for now, i'm happy with them and definitely would recommend. ... show more

Came in a small plastic package and I thought this is going to be bad. But the pillows were vacuum packed once out of the package and let set for a couple hours to come back to size I slept last night like a log. I will be ordering more. Well worth the money!

Upon arrival I removed them from the packaging, fluffed them in the dryer, shook them out, and viola, I now have the perfect pillows. There was no weird smell to the pillows either.
