I love this product and I would recommend it to everyone. Installation is easy, and in less than 5 minutes, all the pieces fit together perfectly. It works very well. It activates all your abs without hurting your lower back. What I like is that it's easy to use when you exercise, it's perfect for beginners, and resistance is very low.

I just got this 7 days ago and I already love it! I am starting on the lowest level and I already feel the difference in my core and legs. Very happy I bought this! It makes working out at home a lot easier! I hate getting on the floor and doing any kind of crunch. I love this machine.

There is a so called manual, but itโs not really a manual because there are no instructions on how to put this thing together. I must have gotten a dud because if Iโm looking at it correctly, there are NO holes to attach the knee pads. I didnโt pay over $100.00 dollars for something, just to have to figure it out or waste valuable time looking at videos! Itโs going back!

Smaller than i was expecting .But I still love this machine .It is easy to assemble.Lightweight to move around the house .Very Smooth when I exercise on it .Hightly recommend for someone who want to workout during the quarantine time !!!
