I thought mine smelled just ok. Not what I smelled from a friends bottle. I went to a Macy's in Miami and smelled the same exact cologne and that's what I was wanting. Unfortunately I think it's too late to send back I've had it for a few months but I'm going to be aware next time.... $100 bottle that's a lot of money for a fake

This is the stuff you've been waiting for. It's got class, style, projection, longevity, premium ingredients and the historic name to back all this up. I, for one, couldn't care less for trendy brand named cologne. Often, it's the same smelling as juice 1/10 the price. But in the case of Chanel, I have to give in. They truly know how to make a gorgeous male cologne! Now you're gonna pay for it, but it's worth it. Platinum Egoiste starts off with a hearty amount of citrus, which melts into flowers and musky greens, all the time remaining very masculine and not too overpowering. It lasts and lasts, and I find myself sniffing my wrist throughout the day, no matter how many times I wear it. The only reason I didn't say I "love it" in my review is that at times it's a bit linear with the citrus scent; many other colognes have a similar punctuating lemony ingredient like this, which makes it a bit unoriginal. BUT, it still smells great and I'd recommend it to anyone. You really can't go wrong!!

This scent is absolutely fantastic. Just a classic, crisp, clean, scent. The only issue I have with this wonderful cologne is that it doesn’t have very much projection. You may want to layer with the deodorant.

Smells so good at the nozzle. Up lifting. can't wait to get one spray.. I might have to get seconds. This is one lady attention grabber... Wore it last night .. women ate it up.. Wow .. many smiles and looks. One woman could not keep touching me... . Last all night.. I will be buying another .. UPDATE OCTOBER 2017 .. this cologne . still gets the ladies hormones worked up . There has been two or three that will come and say hello . when I wear it . But I do also wear a casual trendy style of my own. neat and clean .
