The frames are beautiful and easy to use. Unfortunately, the glass is SO THIN and one panel arrived with a big piece broken and missing. The glass that broke off was not in the box which makes me think the seller packed the already broken frame. Disappointing

I bought these for decoration for a rehearsal dinner. You can place the picture in portrait or landscape, so the functionality is great. I also wanted products that you could use later and the color and look matched my son's new home. Great product and I would buy from this vendor again.

I ordered black frames. The black painting is so poor it looks like the regular wood. One of the frames doesn’t even allow both photos to fit in with the glass because the wood splints too much. These frames were recommended as a replacement for the ones I have been getting. I got 2 frames. Basically a poor substitute for my regular choice. The black stain is not consistent between the frames. It was a chore getting one of the frames apart. The directions aren't as clear as they could have been. One of the holes is spring loaded, so you can't push the inner frame to the left or right as directed. One of the wooden bolts was a little long so it took a while to tease the inner frame out. I had to sand down the frame plug to get it to close. I was concerned when I saw the jagged edges on the frame glass. Basically, poor quality control. ... show more
