When I opened the package i was impressed. It was set up for a beautiful presentation to give to someone very special to you. It came with a gift bag, folded tissue paper and a small gift card in envelope, all color coordinated. The silver necklace was inside a tiny plastic bag that was inside a silver saver bag to keep it shiny, all ready for me to take out and put in the presentation box. There was also a small silver polishing cloth. I have never seen such care taken to make you feel special. The entire package was absolutely beautiful and I am so pleased that I chose this necklace. It was stunning and so well made. Then to top it all off, I love supporting small businesses. She really goes the extra mile to put that smile on your face. Thank you for such a beautiful necklace and all the time you spent making sure your customers feel special.

I was very impressed with this item-and all that came with it. This company went above and beyond to make it special, and giftable. Not only is the jewelry itself lovely, you can switch the size of the necklace for free AND its warrantied. Then, even more, they included a special storage pouch to protect the silver, a silver cloth, and a beautiful gift bag with tissue paper. I was surprised and thrilled. My mom will love it! I will 100% be using this company again as a result of these unexpected add-ons and the effort and time that went in to ensuring a special experience-especially for the price. Awesome!

I like the meaning behind the item but I was hoping the chain was thicker and a tad longer. But my mother-in-law and I wear it when we are together and we love wearing it. Everything was included as a gift and it has a warranty.

I absolutely love this company. They are obviously very concientious about makeing this product shipment a delightful purchase. They thought of everything in the packaging. As others have pictured they enclude so many little purks with this jewelry. Encluded in the package - 1.a great beautiful box 2. jewelry is packaged in little protective clear bags 3. a Silver Saver paper bag to store your jewlry and protect it from tarnish (I use it all the time and it works) 4. a silver shine cloth with instructions 5. a note from the seller letting you know the importance of the Saver bag 6. a gift bag perfectly sized for the box 7. a matching piece of tissue 8. a gift card and envelope for you to sign to whomever your gifting this to. plus it is packaged in bubble wrap and another larger ziplock bag with cute little thank you stickers and a coupon for your next purchase. i have 4 daughters so I will be purchasing again and again. I can’t say enough how happy I am with my purchase from EFY TAL. I wanted something special for my mom’s birthday and I purchased a Mother/Daughter eternity necklace. Not only was it a beautiful, delicate piece but there were so many little personal touches beyond that. You can tell how much Efy pours into creating exquisite personalized pieces, perfect for any occasion.
