We ordered this last year about the same time as purchasing another similar unit at Costco, (for less $$$). We made the mistake of assembling the other rack first while this box sat in the garage. Now we discover that one of the lower legs in the box is incorrect, (smaller hole than the caster). We attempted to contact the seller TWICE, but apparently since it's outside the timeframe to return it, they don't feel it's necessary to respond to my requests. We're only asking for the correct part, not a refund. Also, this rack's construction overall is flimsy in comparison to the lower priced rack from Costco, which is actually a little larger. Learned my lesson by not inspecting my purchase upon receipt. ... show more
