The media could not be loaded. The photos and videos don't do it justice. It's so much more beautiful in person and I would recommend this ring. I got a size 7.5 and it fits just as it should. I chose this ring because the prongs come out of the top of the band, allowing a wedding band to sit flush up against it. Most solitaire in this style have prongs that come out of the side of the band, pushing the wedding band away. The ring is stamped S925 on the inside. There are slight file marks on the inside of the prongs (see video) but they're difficult to see. The setting is high but comfortable. I have not caught any fabric on the prongs and the stone seems well secured. As you can see, the bottom of the band that sits on your palm is thinner than the rest of the band. This is for comfort but it could be a weak point. Overall the ring is gorgeous. I will wear it and report back if there are any issues or concerns with the ring.
