I really like this backpack. Due to neck and back issues, it’s difficult to a carry tote bag over a few pounds. I got it for church/Bible study to hold my Bible, notebook, books, water bottle & other necessities. It’s very sturdy, has comfortable, convertible and adjustable straps. It has a good sized laptop pocket inside but I cut it out so my books were easier to access. It has a good size front pocket and a small hidden zipper pocket on the back. It’s got a large zipper pocket, two smaller open pockets and a few individual pen pockets inside. I have a Kleenex pack & tube of hand cream in one, and a snack bar & pens in the other. My pen pockets weren’t closed on the bottom & my pens fell through. I’ll close it with a few stitches. No need to return just for that when I needed it right away. This is a great product! I think this is my first review ever, but I had to leave one. I’m traveling and was looking for a nice purse / backpack. It has several pockets inside, zipped pocket, and a section for a laptop. It also has a back zipped pocket. You can either wear as a purse or backpack and it’s so cute! The leather feels very nice. Definitely going to be great for traveling because it can even fit a pair of shoes! I liked the handles a lot too since they were made of the same leather. Great purchase!! Haven’t used yet but appears to be good quality as long as you don’t overload the bag.

The bag is super cute and works like a charm for what I use it for. However, the bag can be very heavy when carry say multiple notebooks and or a laptop. Which can be concerning when it comes to the straps. Also, keep in mind that this bag was not built for the heat. Otherwise, it is a great affordable option that is appropriate yet stylish.

I have been looking for a work/everyday tote forever that would look professional, yet also be convertible to fit different needs. This bag looks like a nice handbag/tote, yet also works as a backpack. It has enough room inside for my major needs (notebook, laptop, iPad, wallet, and small items), and is sturdy and just what I was looking for. So many of these convertible bags look too much like a backpack, and this one looks much more like a standard large handbag (with bonus backpack configuration).

The media could not be loaded. I'm a happy customer. The bag is the right size. I'm pretty petite, so I was a bit worried is going to look too big on my back from the photos, but it's perfect. Good quality & durable. Took it on a business trip & made taking my laptop easy to take in & out thru TSA & in office. Plenty of pockets inside for pencil pouch, charger, etc.

My laptop is 16 inches, and hp pavilion and it didn’t make it to one year, as you see in pictures. It is cute but if your laptop is heavy don’t buy it, because i think the damage it’s because the weight.
