    • Love the fabric, the zipper is garbage.

I bought this and used it for a while and loved it. After cleaning it one day the zipper snapped off and i was not able to repair it. It is a very cheap "metal" and was not able to withstand the use. I just sucked it up as it as it was after the return date. A few weeks went by and the entire zipper now will not close at all. Also, note the double zipper pictured is not how it arrived. It arrived with a single, pot metal type of zipper. Disappointing because over all the rest of this is amazing. I love the color and the fabric, its very soft, doesn't wrinkle, fits great. This is a great option for anyone who has dogs that shed. I can pop this into the washing machine anytime I want and it comes out soft and wrinkle-free. I also sized up to a king for our queen bed to end the fighting for covers between the dogs and the partner. I love this set BUT it is smaller than a queen size!! I have tried 3 times to contact the seller and gotten NOTHING in response! I mean NOTHING!!! That does not make me happy!!! Sell a good priduct BUT to not give the customer even a response is lame in my book! I like the set! Feels Good, looks good! Thought it would be a tad darker, but that's ok! It still looks good! Now to just get them to respond to a customer! I even told them I would wait to review until they took care of me! They have not! Even amazon asked me if they responded & I said no! Come on people!!!
