  • They are a game changer.
Color: Small/Large (Teal & Magenta)
These cups work really well, they are easy to clean, easy to use and durable. The only downside that I have found is they can be difficult to remove as they don’t have a tab to pull like some of the others and I don’t use the bag that it comes with because I feel it’s not as sanitary as a washable plastic container that some of the others come with but those things seem more of a personal preference than a product flaw. Since changing over to cups versus tampons, I have noticed a huge improvement in my cramping and discomfort. I will only ever use a tampon now if it’s an emergency and I don’t have one of these with me. ... show more

  • Changed my menstrual life
Color: Small (Teal & Magenta)
I was using the June disc for a while because it was pretty cheap, but eventually I punctured it and had to throw it out. I bought these instead because you can't beat the deal of two for this price. If you've never used a disc before, understand that the learning curve can be steep at times and you probably will leak for a little while if you're not inserting it properly. Don't give up though! Learn about your body and figure out your own anatomy and I promise this thing slides in no problem. I can wear it all day and all night without leaks, unless my flow is incredibly heavy and it fills up. Even then it's as simple as going to the bathroom and it empties out on its own. You will have messy hands when you put it back in place, but honestly worth it for the comfort, ease of use, and length of time you can wear it without having to wash it. I have absolutely no cramps from this the way I got them from tampons. And if you have a copper IUD like me, this is the perfect product for you. One note: if you buy these in cute colors, they don't stay cute for long. They will stain eventually and even boiling them before every cycle won't get the stains out. They work just fine and they're not dirty, but they definitely look different after a while. ... show more

  • Easy to use and effective.. just pushes on my bladder sometimes
Color: Small (Magenta)
I decided to start trying reusable menstrual products because of the amount of information out there stating toxins are now found in tampons. Plus, with the price of tampons, it would be more cost effective as well. I used a Diva Cup for a few days, but had issues with it not sitting high enough up without irritating me even using the smallest size. So I decided to try a disk. First day using it and I love it. It was easy to learn and I had a much better time with inserting the disk and getting it in the correct spot than the Diva Cup. I was a little skeptical, so wore black pants all day, but no leaks. My only complaint is that the rim pushes on my bladder, even though I think I have it tucked behind the pelvic bone like I should. This could anatomy or user error though. Otherwise, I have had a great experience so far! ... show more

  • Comfortable but...
Color: Small (Teal & Magenta)
Overall, a decent product. These are more comfortable than the Flex disposable menstrual discs. I did not experience any leaks and no complications during sex. My boyfriend said that he could feel it, but it was less aggressive than Flex disc. However, I have difficulty with insertion and removal. The disc tends to lose its shape during insertion and can ball up on itself. I have to go at it least two times and feel around the edge to ensure proper placement. Upon removal, I can usually grab an edge and snap it over the fornix then pull right out from the non fill side. Not so with this. I have to get a finger over the edge and pull from the inside (filled side). It gets pretty messy. In addition, after sex, I went to remove the disc and it had shifted, seemingly further into my canal somehow, and it was very difficult to retrieve. I will keep using as they are quite comfortable and I like the reusable aspect to save money. ... show more

  • Life changer!
Color: Small/Large (Teal & Magenta)
Love these!! I’m still getting used to discs, these are the first ones I have ever had but these are extremely comfortable. They are insanely messy but I’m hoping it gets better as I get used to them. It does auto dump some when you use the restroom which has its pros and cons, it makes every bathroom trip a mess but it doesn’t need to be taken out as much. I have endo, tampons and some cups really worsen my cramping but these are super comfortable and do not trigger any cramps. There is some leakage especially on my heavy days I but I’m still learning how to use them. The large size is way too large I think but I will continue to try it. Update: After a few months of use I can say this small disc is amazing! I’ve learned how to use them and I will never go back! The one con I have is the cyan color is pretty light and has stained horribly I really wish they had an all black one or a color that’s much darker. I am planning to order a small magenta one to see if that one doesn’t stain as bad. The large one is too large for me and I’ve had no children so maybe that makes a difference, but the small one seems to do really good regardless of how heavy my cycle is. They are still super comfortable, sometimes when I’m cramping bad removal can be a little uncomfortable but nothing like the pain I have with cups and tampons. It definitely took a few cycles to get used to but they are less messy now and I’m so glad I ended up trying them out. ... show more

  • RN, Doula, Disc user, please read
Color: Small/Large (Teal & Magenta)
TMI review but this is what you're here for. I'm a Registered Nurse and a doula. I'm also an experienced cup and disc user. I've used three different cups routinely over time. They work well but the suction sometimes made me uncomfortable and can't be worn during sex. I switched to discs. All were disposable with a fairly rigid ring. I loved them but sometimes I had a hard time getting them to sit just right and after research it looked like the disposables (soft cup mainly) were a bit too big for my 5' 1" frame so they would pop out when I moved if I was too active (sex, aerial silks, on my feet all day...) Sex worked mostly with the disposible but the edges can be...sharp for a partner occasionally. But most of the time the disposables were so great. I wanted to try reusable ones and I loved that this set had a large and small size to try. The flexibility looked gentle and comfortable for both of us. Increased flexibility is not a good thing in this case. Insertion was the worst thing I've had to do to my poor vagina aside from a home birth. They aren't stiff enough to insert. Imagine putting a cooked spaghetti noodle into the eye of a needle. Imagine putting a limp...I don't know but it doesn't work. I had to insert the thing with three fingers stabilizing it the length of my hoo hoo until I could feel my pubic bone and cervix both. I struggled though it and got it up there but I could never get the discs to open fully when inside. I tried multiple times with both discs, with and without a drop of lube to help. Nothing helped. Once up above my pubic bone they kept crumpling up like wadded tissue. I know how to feel my cervix and these NEVER opened all the way inside me. I could feel exactly where it should be and the disc itself. The ring always left a gaping hole on the side no matter the size and leaked continually. I never had a problem with the other discs. These are just cheap and not worth it. The colors and texture are alluring but I swear to you these are the worst option for menstruation I've come across. The vagina says it wants something soft and yeilding for periods like the video but those products make the experience so much worse. Try something else. Soft cup and flex are great for most. I'll update if I find something better than this. ... show more

  • Great disc!
Color: Large (Black)
I am a seasoned cup and disc user and this was great purchase. I started out using a disposable disc many years ago, but after children I switched to a cup. While I like the cup most of the time, I was hoping to find something else to use that wouldn't feel so THERE on lighter days. I used a name brand disc for several years but found it was prone to leaking and was so soft I found it hard to insert. I decided to take a risk and purchase this disc, which said it had a firmer rim. I am happy to say it was much easier to insert, didn't leak, and was comfortable, all the while being MUCH less expensive than some of the name brand menstrual items I have used. For clarity, I am woman in my 30s who has had 2 children (one natural and one c-section) I have always had HEAVY periods. 3 days of emptying several times a day, but then lingers for about 3 more days, which only require one emptying every 12 hours. I hope this helps someone on their quest to find their perfect fit! If anything changes I will update this review. ... show more

  • Very tricky to insert and remove; and it leaks :(
Color: Small/Large (Teal & Magenta)
First of all, I want to clarify that I have used different types of menstrual cups for almost 25 years...which I think is about as long as they've existed. I'm not a newbie to this, and I am not squeamish about inserting or removing anything. Every other product I've used -- several different brands of the traditional cup, and one brand (I forget which) of the disposable discs -- were all, without exception, easier to use and more effective than this one. I say that with great sadness...the idea of a reusable disc is less wasteful, and would be so so great if only it worked. Both stars are for the concept, which is awesome. Alas, this doesn't work. I got two sizes, and both leak. I think the reason that they leak has less to do with capacity (although BOTH sizes are smaller than the disposables discs I'm familiar with) and more to do with the difficulty of inserting properly. It just doesn't go in easily at all, and it doesn't open up at the right angle like every other cup type I've tried. So it sits in there uneasily, and uncomfortably, and often crooked; and whenever it's crooked, it leaks. Getting it out is also tricky and requires a lot of deep deep digging; if you're squeamish at all, you will hate this. Concept: A+ Execution: D- ... show more
