I've tried many, many natural deodorants over the years. Some were pretty good, others not so good, but my main peeve was that I couldn't find a scent that I liked. Most are way too old-lady-perfumey, but I wanted something that smelled sweet, like Vanilla or Coconut. I tried the Coconut scent of this deodorant, and I was very surprised at how GOOD it smells :). It's also applies very smoothly, and isn't irritating at all. I can't use a lot of the natural products that use volatile essential oils (like lavender, citrus, etc.) because they irritate my skin. But this one is gentle - and it also works well to keep any sweaty odor at bay (I live in Florida, so I need an effective deodorant). I'll keep using this one as long as they keep making it.

Finally, a natural deodorant that actually works—without the rash! I’ve searched high and low for a natural deodorant that doesn’t irritate my skin and actually works. After much trial and error, this one has proven to be the best for me. I highly recommend it. I’ve only used the lavender scent. My motto? If it’s not broken, why fix it? So this review is based solely on that scent. At first, I wasn’t sure about the container, but it’s actually super practical. It lets me use just the right amount, and toward the end, I use a small scoop to get every last bit. I’ve tried countless natural deodorants that simply don’t work—but this one keeps me dry and fresh. It’s small but mighty. And most importantly—no skin irritation. That’s huge for me. There’s nothing worse than scaly rashes from a product that’s supposed to be “gentle.” This one truly delivers.

Been using the product for a month. Love that it is natural and doesn’t irritate me, I have sensitive skin so everything irritates me easily. The Texas weather is crazy and so far it has measured up to the cold and heat. I do wish it came with an applicator to make it easier to apply. Also, I do normally love everything eucalyptus, but the eucalyptus is definitely not for me. I can see my husband wearing it and being okay with it, however not for me. I will order a different scent because I didn’t like the eucalyptus scent. 4/17 Update: I ordered another scent, Rose Geranium, definitely prefer this scent. Light and fresh!

Really nice. Light, refreshing scent, goes on so smoothly and best of all it doesn't stain my bras with the black charcoal residue that I got from my previous natural deodorant. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a light natural deodorant with no yucky stuff added.

This stuff is so good. I’ve had citrus and rose. All Natural and no irritation. My skin is troubled and this was even calming.This stuff works ALL day and then some. You just open and push a little bit and softens I had no trouble getting it out of the jar.

Citrus scent smells like an orange creamsicle definitely not what I was expecting. With that being said after I expressed my opinion and disappointment the Founder of this product was so gracious enough to send me a different scent along with other complimentary products. This is the reason why everyone not just myself should switch to support small businesses, supporting someone who in turn also appreciates the business. When does a corporation do that? No instead corporations put aluminum in your deodorant. Eco roots deodorant is just as effective if not more and does not contain questionable ingredients/chemicals. Don’t second guess, make the switch.

I am giving this 3 our of 5 stars because of it doesnt last a long time. When you put it on, the scent doesnt resemble lavender in the slightest, its very faintly scented and the texture is so so, its hard to wash off the finders and I find the consistency to be creamy and thick which is decent when put on under the arms but not when I need to scrub it off with a finger brush or wash cloth several times. It works for a short time but then the smell becomes odd, it makes my under arms smell like staling cat litter. (if you know you know) and I have to super scrub my under arms again. I would have to keep washing and reapplying and that really sucks and is time consuming. All in all I dont find this a very good value despite it being a decent(ish) price and i like that its glass and decent ingredients but it just doesnt work, not for me. I find I smelled less not using it which really sucks.

I like that it's smooth (not grainy), easy to apply, and very effective as a deodorant. I can't give it 5 stars because it's white and leaves residue (the zinc? not sure but it has the odor of zinc paste too) so the insides of black shirts all have white. If this isn't a big deal for you, this is otherwise a GREAT and very effective deodorant that doesn't sting and applies easily, is a perfect texture at room temperature, and is overall fabulous. A little goes a long way.
