These curtains let a fair amount of light through but they are better than the ones I had before so I kept them. I do think it’s a bit of false advertising to call them thermal blackout curtains, but they were super budget friendly and that mattered more to me.

The ECLIPSE Microfiber Total Privacy Blackout Curtain works well in terms of blocking light and providing privacy, but the texture is different from what I expected. The fabric feels more felt-like and thicker than it appeared in the product listing, which was a bit of a letdown. That said, the curtain still serves its purpose well, and the navy color looks great in my bedroom. Great quality and work well! Blocks light really well. I got the dark navy color and love them. Be careful to hang them dry after washing and not put them in the dryer. The backing will stick together and peel. So just hang them and then iron if needed.
