These curtains are super cute, but they are not completely blackout. They were really easy to put on my curtain rod. Good quality. So I had to put black fabric behind the blinds so I don’t wake up to the bright sunshine in my face. But my room still looks super cute with these curtains.

I purchased these curtains for a window in my bathroom above a tub. I liked their stylish and modern look. The curtains are very solid and sturdy with a white exterior lining. I am starting to believe though that there is no such thing as blackout curtains. These curtains do a good job blocking light, but they are not 100% blackout as advertised. They do a great job blocking heat though because I can definitely feel a temperature difference from when they are open versus closed. They come in a single panel pack and you can get them in various colors. I purchased the Turquoise color and it was very vivid and vibrant. The panels came very wrinkled and I was scared to iron them because I did not want them to melt and I was too cheap to take them to the dry cleaners. I ended up just putting them in the dryer for a few minutes and that got a lot of the wrinkles out. I like that they have pockets for rods and not hooks or rings. I could not tell from the online photos whether these were a silky like curtain or a fabric with no shine curtain. Unfortunately for my needs they are a textured fabric curtain. I need a silky sheen panel(s). It would be helpful if this was added to the written description. These are OK curtains. Not great, but not bad. They don't look overly expensive, but they aren't overly expensive. :) The textured fabric I think is what gives them that not expensive look. That could just be my personal preference, though. After many failed searches, I found these eclipse curtains. Our old patio doors get hot and the heat radiates into the house, no air conditioning so we needed a reasonable priced solution. These curtains block the sunlight and the heat, and will most likely stop the cold this winter. Great value, soft and hasn’t faded in the sun, he backing is a texture that probably better off air dry, might stick and peel off in spots in the dryer.
