As you can see in the photos, the Left bud doesn’t reflect on the main screen at all. Once I navigate into device settings, you can see the app reflect that the bud appears to be at 1% charge. My box is fully charged. Also, I’ve added a photo, showing, when the left bud is placed into the box, LED light turns on. Just the green light, never the blue flashing. It detects the bud, however it won’t successfully charge or pass the hearing test. And yes, I’ve reset my buds entirely. I’ve deleted the Alexa app and started over from the top. All troubleshooting options did not work. I’ve done my part and I truly feel this is a technical issue. I will be returning all products, this afternoon and am requesting a refund. Thank you for the chance to try something new. I absolutely love the Alexa function and the tap controls. It’s unfortunate that they aren’t going to work out for me. I hope no one else experiences the complications I have endured. A bit frustrated. I’d still give this product a chance if I were you. Totally worth it, if you don’t get the one in a million that doesn’t work. Just my luck! Lol

Increasing to 3 stars. After several uses, I see this is an intermittent issue. The discharging is not consistent with every charge and is less frequent. I am no longer dissatisfied, I will post an update once I figure out why the battery sometimes drains completely. Original review: Battery on the replacement earbud drains faster than the stock earbud. The left replacement earbud gets to 1% while the right still has about 40-50% of juice left. Dissatisfied.

If u got one side replacement don’t panic u need to reset all the echo buds from alexa app then reconnect them both together with the box and the app

This was a replacement for my left ear Bud that malfunctioned. Was shipped out quickly and was very easy to pair up to my existing earbuds.

I received the 1st generation buds less than 5 months ago on Christmas and the left side has stopped working. I was going to leave a negative review but since the 2nd generation ones were released, I cant find the 1st generation ones. Since the left one failed, I feel like this is an appropriate place to leave a 1 star review. I really did like the buds when they worked. Extremely disappointed that they stopped working after less than 6 months. I have invested in the Alexa eco system and this is the only product that I was not satisfied with.
