I’ve tried on several pairs of white sneakers lately but they were all just too stiff. I needed a comfortable pair to wear on an upcoming trip to London. These fit so comfortably right out of the box! I will have to update again when I return from my trip in a couple of months. I waited for these to go on sale and I’m so glad I did. I love the little metallic accents. These are not bright white, more of an ecru, which I actually prefer. These sneakers go great with leggings, cropped jeans, skirts, T-shirt dresses. The insoles are very comfortable, but I’m so glad they are removable just in case I want to swap them out. Can’t wait to start wearing them! Update: i’ve had these now for about three months. I wear them at least twice a week and I just got back from sightseeing all over London. While I was there, I wore them for five or six days and rotated out insoles. They held up so well and my feet I’ve been so happy! I just keep them nice and white using a magic eraser or one of the similar shoe sponges I found on Amazon. I love these shoes! ***Update 6 months later - I absolutely adore these shoes. I wear them very often and they’ve held up well. They have creases in the leather like I would expect them to since it’s a soft leather, but I keep them looking clean with magic eraser. They were so comfortable to wear walking all around London. I did bring an extra pair of insoles though just to swap them out every other day. I usually wear the laces tucked down under the insoles for a cleaner look. I had a light pink pair of these that I loved, but match almost nothing. After trying several other brands, I decided that I didn’t need to reinvent the wheel. I ordered white leather ones and have worn them several days each week since. They are cute, comfortable, well made, and lightweight!

I bought these in the summer of 2024 and have had them for about six months, they now look a bit rough but I think that's what can be expected. The toes get scraped up/are flaking but I think that's because i bike to commute every day. I wear them almost every day as well, so the rubber bit around the bottom is starting to crack. I think for 6-7 months of daily wear that's not entirely unexpected. From what I can tell they are similar in quality to the last pair I had, which I bought directly from the ECCO store. ECCO shoes are pretty comfortable in my opinion, I like that they aren't stiff (looking at you, everlane/veja) and that they have a low profile (not a fan of the chunkier style). they are very lightweight also which makes them comfortable. overall if you want 1 shoe that you can wear every day and not think about it any more than that, I would recommend these. ... show more

These are just what I was looking for. These sneakers are nice-enough looking that I can wear them to work (in an elementary school), and they're lightweight and supportive--should be fine for a long day on my feet. I usually wear a 6. The 6-6.5 was just a tad too large, but the 5-5.5 fits great. Bonus: the price on Amazon was half the price on Zappos. A winner! ... show more

Classic styling and great looking shoes. Breathes better than shoes lined with vinyl. The lining is mesh and the tongue is fabric (not leather). Very soft outer leather. I bought white but it is not shiny white leather so the slightly matte color makes it look almost like a light grey. Comfortable all day wear straight out of the box without any break-in period required. The softness/comfort of this shoe is due to the extremely thin leather shell used throughout. It means that it is easy scratched and torn. It shows scuff marks almost immediately. Bought two pairs and one was made in China and the second was made in India. Not the build quality I have become accustomed to see with the ECCO brand. I think this design is intended to be a cost cutting measure but the price is not commensurate with usual ECCO quality. I returned my pair because it is simply to pricey for a very basic and extremely thin leather sneaker. ... show more

The toe box is rounded in a way that forces your big toe inward. The front shape doesn’t let your toes sit naturally. Your big toe keeps rubbing, bending inward, and getting irritated every time you walk. Over time your big toe will start curving inward, and the joint will begin to protrude because of this kind of shoe. It becomes uncomfortable almost immediately. The tongue under the laces isn’t leather or even faux leather. It’s just fabric. That means any dirt goes straight into it, and you won’t be able to clean it properly. You can’t wash leather sneakers, so the tongue will stay dirty permanently. The insoles are made from cheap polypropylene. Ecco always used proper odor-resistant insoles, but now they’ve decided to cut costs as much as possible. Instead of treated insoles, you get a piece of plastic, and the sneakers start to smell after a couple of days. I’ve worn Ecco for about twenty years. The brand isn’t just declining. They’re turning into genuinely bad shoes. I’m seriously disappointed. Ecco’s era is over. ... show more
