I have worn ECCO Yucatan Sport Sandals for at least 19 years to walk in. And that is YEAR ROUND, sometimes with socks! Find them more comfortable than tennis shoes and they have so much foot support. I walk year round, most every day and this is the go to shoe for my 45 minute walk and also use them to go shopping, etc. - Anytime I plan on being on my feet for long periods of time. Great Shoe - just bought more pairs in different colors cuz I have worn all mine past retirement. Now I will cut the back straps off and use them to jet out into the yard for yard work!!! Super Nice Shoe!!

I’ve been looking for a pair of golf sandals for years. Finally decided to get these as there was not a good golf sandal selection for my narrow flat feet. I needed sandals that can be tightened and loosened at toe middle and heel. These are not only my golf sandals, I wear them all the time. I bought a second pair just in case they are discontinued. I bought mine after admiring and trying on a friend's, and they haven't disappointed. I have "princess and the pea" feet - very sensitive, easily offended - and they're the first sandals that I've bought that not only look great (as do my others), but that also are actually comfortable to walk/hike in! In addition to being very comfortable, they look so good that my husband (who never wants anything new) asked me to get HIM a pair...and the friend whose pair I originally tried on? She liked the color of mine so much that she's going to order a new pair for herself! I definitely recommend.

My wife has always had problems finding a perfect pair of sandals until about ten or more years ago when we were planning a trip to Croatia. A good friend of hers recommended buying a pair of ECCO sandals. Whenever we plan an outing that requires a lot of walking, her ECCO sandals are her go to pair . She claims these sandals are the only brand that are comfortable and have never hurt her feet in any way. After many years of wear, they finally fell apart. I ordered her another pair and they arrived in two days. She has numerous pairs of other sandals sitting in our closet not being worn.

I have this exact model/color that I bought on 6/27/2018! I've been looking for a replacement. Nothing. Then up this popped from an Amazon vendor. I was unsure - I've never purchased from this vendor. My sandals arrived. They are perfect. Exactly the same as my 2018 pair. I had the original product box and the labels matched exactly with the new pair. I turned right around and ordered a 2nd pair! ECCO currently makes this model; however ECCO isn't making this color combination anymore and it evidently was popular - as in sold out in my size! The first pair arrived from this vendor exactly on the delivery date identified (about 1.5 weeks in transit). The 2nd pair came within a few days of ordering and significantly ahead of the expected delivery date initially identified! What I have found with ECCO is to know your European size. US sizing of products cross-referenced with European sizing seems very haphazard from the US sizing standpoint and dependent on the manufacturer. I knew the exact ECCO size I needed (from my 2018 pair). Not at all consistent with US sizing, but exactly what my European size is. That's an ECCO thing - not a vendor thing. From this vendor, great price, great service!

Hi it took me awhile to figure out what size would work for me. I ordered a 7.5 and I thought that was great but then I started to wear them and that he'll was just a little too close and started to push into the back of my heel because the back of the heel of the shoe Rises up a bit you should know that it's not flat. So I return them and I got eight which are just a smidge large but don't feel loose on my foot and I walked in them today and they were great. The footbed is not a soft cloth or microfiber footbed and when you walk in 80 90 degree heat 4 maybe 5 plus miles I can get a little well I would call it sticky or not exactly comfy but nothing that hurt. The rest of the shoe felt really good while walking. There were no hot spots and no pressure spots and I have bunions and I've had foot surgery. I have a skinny foot so there's not a lot of fat on my foot you can see the bones in my foot and I have a narrow ankle and heel if this helps anyone. I've never worn at this before so I didn't know my size but I'm glad I finally figured it out in fact I ordered a few more pair. But there is something about this shoe it's called Offroad and to be honest that's the last place I would ever take this shoe. It's an open shoe and so stones and leaves and pieces of grass and twigs very easily get into the shoe which will stop you cold until you get it out of the shoe annoying yes but expected because well this is a sandal. But as it is named and Offroad show no no no no no this is a sidewalk she this is not an even in the streets shoe and that's okay with me because I walk on sidewalks all the time. If I want to walk Offroad which means on gravel or hiking or something yeah sure I'll put on my Merrell's for sure and have my foot completely and totally supported up to the ankle. This is not a hiking shoe this is a walking touring wear it on your vacation to Paris got to walk around a lot of sidewalks kind of shoe. It's not heavy and there are lots of color choices so that's very nice. They do sell out fast though so don't be surprised if they don't have the color you want in your size hang on though sometimes they get that in. I usually wear an 8 and 1/2 in most running shoes like Brooks or Nike or Asics if this helps anyone. In Clark's I wear a size 38... which is European sizing and generally a 7.5 in American sizing. The construction was good even though sometimes people complain about it not being as good as it used to be this was my first pair of ecco's and I think they were fine. I wish the colors in the pictures here with a little bit brighter or lighter to see when ordering but it was what I expected when I got it no surprises there. So if you want a light shoe that's very comfortable I would order your size don't go smaller and keep the shoe on the sidewalks or clean streets. Every shoe has a half-life as far as time wearing goes and I would say that this shoe is comfortable from 70 degrees to 80 degrees for a few hours and not more. If you're serious hiker go get yourself some serious hiking boots and give your ankles some more support. Don't go too small on these or do your normal size and you'll be fine. These were practically the only walking sandals that did not have a two-part over the toe section and that was important to me. I had tried many including Clarks but anything over my toes it can't be more than one Loop over the toes if you know what I mean.
