Its really good and comfortable shoes. Gore Tex membrane is keep your shoes dry. It does transfer 80-90% of a moisture through the membrane. At the same time Gore Tex is waterproof membrane. Pls be aware that size of these shoes is incorrect. My size is 9.5 US but I have to buy size 8-8.5 US.

Its difficult getting consistency among show sizes. I would suggest that if you are comparing to a standard sport shoes, you pick a 1/2 size smaller. The shoe itself is the quality level I have grown accustomed to with Ecco. Comfortable and no break-in required. Another bonus, often ecco has their brandname embossed in the leather - which looks cheap. This has no logo/brandname, with is more appropriate for a dress shoe ... show more

Nice, comfortable shoes. I use them for work. Size runs bigger then US sizes. I am normally size 10 but in Ecco brand right size for me is 9.5. Hight quality leather and rubber material. They look sharp.

From the other reviews, it seemed the shoe ran a little large, so I ordered one size smaller than normal and that worked out well. The shoe has a pointy shape to it, almost like my old school cowboy boots. I think these will be good dressy to semi-dressy shoes, but will take a little time for break in.
