I bought the yellow floral pattern, it leans a little more white than cream in person. Very soft cream with mustard yellow flowers. It is has some constitution and is on the stiffer side, but feels fresh. It’s still soft enough though not plush or silky. I did wash before use. Purchased a new queen sized duvet recently and wanted at least to zippered covers so that I could rotate them. This was the second one I chose and I’m super happy with it. Things like linens are difficult to buy online, a bit of a risk because you really cannot tell quality etc. from photos. So, that said, I read a lot of reviews on both of the ones I purchased. The printed design in this one is nice and soft and subtle and goes well with the olive colored walls of my bedroom. There’s just enough green in it, that it sets it off nicely. It has a zipper which I prefer over button duvet covers as it just looks nicer. It also has the corner ties inside to prevent shifting of your actual duvet. First let me say that this duvet set really is beautiful visually. Soft colors and pleasant design. When the package arrived, the cover and pillow cases had a wonderful silkiness to them, but after washing that silkiness is gone and they turned to a standard stiff-ish cotton feel. I believe this is standard when buying cotton sheets from India which I find a far better quality than those from China. The weave is tight and heavy and no design fade after initial wash. This being my first ever duvet experience, when putting the insert into the cover, I feel anything over a "full" size should have an extra tie on the middle span of each side except the zipper side of course. After washing the set for the first time as I said above, the fabric reverted back to a standard cotton feel. I'm not sure if ironing would bring back that silkiness, but I'm not sure I'm willing to go there on a queen size cover. I'll try it on the pillow cases and will update possibly. And just to mention that I bought sheets from Target called "Threshold" and are made in India as well. Had the same silky feel on purchase but after wash, turned standard cotton stiffness. Sheets were 400 TC as well. All in all, the duvet set is nice and breathes well. Happy for the purchase and worth the spend in my book. ... show more

I’m so happy with this duvet cover and pillowcases. Both the print and the fabric are impressive: looks like a product from Frette or such. Washes beautifully, no ironing needed! I would give this product ten stars if I could. Don’t hesitate- buy it!

I almost sent this back because I thought the colors were too light. I put it on the bed and I ended up liking it. It really softens up the room. I bought a king size to go with my queen insert based off other reviews that said to plan for shrinkage. It's a bit big but still looks nice.
