Needed a scale with slightly higher capacity then the average scale at my local Walmart. This did the trick. It is fast, allows you to stand straight an look forward, notifies you when the scale has settled and taken your weight. It has been inline +/- less than a pound with other scales we have used. We did manage to put some scratches in the surface of the scale by placing a laundry basket with some clothes that must have had some sand on the bottom. If you get the black scale, beware the surface scratches easily and is noticeable. Otherwise, we are happy with the scale. ... show more

I am so happy with this scale. I love how roomy it is. This is a great size for larger people. This scale works so well and the weight comes up quickly. Some have complained about the beep. I don’t find it to be a problem at all. It’s not that loud so it’s fine with me.

**UPDATE** I weighed myself on a doctors scale and it came out with the same calculations as the EatSmart scale! I also weighed myself again at the gym and it was the same thing. I guess I did lose 9 pounds in a week LOL! I give this scale 5 stars instead of 3 for its INCREDIBLE accuracy! ——————————————————————— The scale was delivered to me pretty quickly! Got it in just 2 days with regular shipping. Pros: - I love how wide this scale is. I am a 390lbs 5’10 man and I do not feel like I am going to break the scale as soon as I step on it - Numbers are big and bright so it makes it easy to read - THE “BEEP!” It’s cool not to have to keep looking down waiting for the scale to finish calculating. It’ll alert you! - Sleek looking - Can change from lbs to kgs Cons: - THE ACCURACY!!! I was just weighed 7 days ago on a gym scale and was 388. Today I am almost 10 pounds lighter at 379???
