After a month of waiting the company still hasn’t done anything about my order that was missing a piece (the piece you need to mount it to the wall), they’ve responded once and I’ve reached out many times after their initial response. It’s described as easy to assemble and can fit closets ranging 4 to 8 ft what they don’t tell you is you have to manually cut things to make them fit and the top won’t fit if you change the size so it isn’t very sturdy overall anyway.
