Let me start with the great communication from the seller - JK Variety LLC. They were on top of making sure the entire product was delivered as it needed to be sent in two separate shipments due to weight. Both boxes came in the same week, a day apart. All the parts and directions were included. While this might have been difficult for me to assemble alone, my neighbor volunteered to help and it went up within a couple of hours. In his opinion it wasn't a problem at all though he had to do a fair amount of measuring, cutting (the unit can fit various size closets). I'm VERY happy with both my experience with the seller and great communication, plus the actual product. It looks good - it's built strong and I have a lot more room with this new organizer than I did with the old one it has replaced. After a month of waiting the company still hasn’t done anything about my order that was missing a piece (the piece you need to mount it to the wall), they’ve responded once and I’ve reached out many times after their initial response. It’s described as easy to assemble and can fit closets ranging 4 to 8 ft what they don’t tell you is you have to manually cut things to make them fit and the top won’t fit if you change the size so it isn’t very sturdy overall anyway. A waste of 300$ I wish I went with something else... ... show more
