The product covered my recliner very well. The only problem I had was there were no straps to hold the top piece down from coming up. I purchased some straps to hold it in place. I also used straps on the inside arm covers. If the company revised that part, the product would be perfect.

I was very surprised at how nice the material felt! Instructions in the package and on the sellers page made putting the pieces together simple. I am a little disappointed it wasn’t stretchy enough for my stuffed chair.. :(

No directions but managed to get it put together correctly. Stretches very well, although on a lift chair, there aren't many places to use the elastic bands to hold it on but so far it seems to be staying. Looks surprisingly good.

My recliner is a small petite chair and has funky armchairs so the pillow top doesn't extend to the end of the arm. Even though my chair is smaller the cover still fits very well. Overall I am happy with this cover , its my armchair that makes it fit less than perfect. The PU is buttery soft and easy to clean for sure! Still trying to figure out how to stretch (using clips etc) the footrest cover around the back of the footrest to eliminate a sliver of the original fabric showing. I dont recommend using the standard bed sheet clips for this PU material-it may tear. Otherwise under everyday use it should hold up and look like new for quite some time. Im happy with this purchase for a quick leather look on a microfiber fabric recliner! I do have dogs and I do not allow them on this chair so I cant comment on dog nails durability but if your pet isnt heavy footed it will be just fine! ... show more

Our recliner (from Furniture Row) was a bit on the big end for this slipcover. Everything stretched pretty well, but there almost wasn't enough room for the arms and the seat. It helps to try to stuff everything as symmetrically as possible (so do the sides of the back or the front of the arms at the same time). I thought this was going to be slightly more camel-toned since some of the pictures look like that, but the "coffee" is in fact coffee-colored: coffee with a bit of cream or a somewhat muddy brown. Overall, it's an improvement over the brown blanket we had been draping over it, and I think it actually helped make the recliner a little more comfortable for me because it squished out some of the body impression that had developed over the past 8 years or so. Tying the back piece elastic to the seat piece elastic was fairly difficult on our recliner and took two people and a bit of aerobics. When doing the arms, remember that the pocket is on the left and the one with the hole in it is on the right with the control arm (as you're sitting in the recliner). If your recliner is reversed, the arm pieces won't work for you. We have a cat, so we'll see how well the pleather holds up to him walking and jumping on it. Edit 11/22: Well, folks, it had a good run, but a 10-month-old kitten who doesn't believe in sheathing his claws (as my hands can well attest) finally managed to poke a fairly large hole in the backrest part of the cover where it was somewhat stretched and therefore had a gap between the cover and the cushion. To this point, it had done a fairly good job of stretching and producing a temporary crease when scratched lightly, but it failed when he decided to fight with the backrest. Now I will decide whether to change colors or seek another alternative, perhaps one less stretchy and more suede-y. I suspect I will wait until both of the kittens are older and more mellow unless the cover becomes more unsightly or they start to mess with the hole. ... show more
