I love how well this slipcover fits, and how good it looks even though I'm not able to install it exactly as the directions suggest. I bought this cover to protect a Lift chair, and also change it's color so it's more compatible with the rest of my living room decor. It's a heavy upholstered chair, so presently I can't turn it over to be able to set the elastic seat straps in place on the the coils underneath. Also, the controls for this chair are attached to it in one of the corners of its seat. Both of these factors have nothing to do with how well the slipcover is made (it is well made). I had to resort to carefully cutting an opening in the slipcover close to where the controls come up out of the seat. I lined the opening I cut with Tacky Glue (for fabric) to prevent any chance the material might fray. Then after drying, I pulled the chair's control with its chord through the opening and now store it in the slipcover's side pocket. Eventually, I'll get some help to turn the chair over and attach the elastic straps. I'm so glad I sent for this stretchable, softly textured and basically easy to install slipcover. I purchased this cover for my microfibre LaZboy recliner. The price was fair and the reviews were decent. Well I received the cover on the 20th of February, 2026. I immediately put it on my recliner which was pretty easy. The material stretches easily and that made it easy to install. The material is pretty thin and people with pets might have problems with the material being ruined by the pets nails, etc. The fit is is fine but it doesn’t look too attractive. I still use my other chair cover on top of this slip on cover. A few people said they could not recline with the cover on the chair well I have no problem or issues when reclining. The straps are something that I didn’t use and I don’t think that they benefit anything. Overall I think this chair cover is average for the price. ... show more
