  • Perfect for beginner students
My mom and I have played these together. They are super simple but perfect for me. The teacher side is more challenging but something I may learn to play eventually. The songs are fun too. Definitely simple if that’s what you’re looking for.

  • Great buy
I have really enjoyed using this book to play pieces with my daughter. She is still a beginner and is enjoying being able to play pieces that are longer than the typical beginner pieces but which are still simple. The accompaniment also is not very complex, so if you are a pianist who is a little rusty (like I am), you can still enjoy playing the secondo pieces. ... show more

Great book. I had to start with a slightly easier one first, and then work the students into this one.

  • Nice collection of pieces
My students and I have been using this for sightreading in lessons. One of the kids enjoyed a piece so much that she enlisted another kid to learn it to play on a recital. This is a useful collection of duets for pairs with unequal abilities.

  • Awesome book
This book is awesome! I was a little skeptical even with the "look inside" feature, but decided to buy anyway. I wasn't disappointed! Ranges from late beginner to very early intermediate. I teach beginning students and so this is perfect!

Fun book for beginners, brings variety to the private lesson. This motivated them to sound "big".
