Description

Contour 1-step Premium Body Filler actually inhibits rust and self-etches!Save time in your shop with our "all-in-1-step" custom-blended premium body filler. It contains rust inhibitors to prevent corrosion long after painting, and its unique self-etching properties bite into the surface for maximum adhesion.A great "1-2 punch" to help finish bodywork faster and more effectively!Application Tips: Surface must be clean and free of wax, grease and debris. Abrade surface using 36 grit, or finer. Thoroughly mix desired amount of material with 2% liquid hardener. Do not exceed 1/4" depth. Allow to cure 15 min before sanding. Abrade with 40-80 grit and follow up with 120 grit to desired contour. If necessary, apply Eastwood Polyester Glazing Putty (13521zp) for final finishing. Topcoat with quality primer such as Eastwood's Epoxy or Urethane Primers. Do NOT return catalyzed material back into can.Safety Information: Always wear eye, skin and respiratory protection when using this product always apply in a well ventilated area. Consult MSDS and product label for specific safety warnings.

I used this product to skim coat my entire car. Sands easily, and doesn't shrink. I re-blocked my car to prep for paint 3 years after applying this filler and there wasn't any shrinking. It's not cheap, but none of the quality fillers are cheap.

    • Very hard to sand compared to 3m and rage
I have been using rage gold for yrs.they raised the price.then I changed to 3m.both of these sanded much easier.the contour was cheaper..but with 36 grit on air file its very hard to sand.i will pay more next time and go back to rage. I have been doing body work for over 40 yrs.oh. and it's very runny. It falls off the spreader. ... show more
