The media could not be loaded. My kids have loved playing with this but as a parent I absolutely loathe how poorly it is made. Every part of it come loose and comes apart with the slightest movement. Not exactly user friendly.

The media could not be loaded. Manufacturing defect - screw does not turn and is stuck. What a waste. Returning it. Should have checked other reviews which complain abt missing parts and pieces.
