First, one of the handles came off by just holding it. The screws came off the particle board. Then, after attaching legs and following instructions to stand table on its side to fold and stand up, one of the legs attachments to the table top simply came off when we tried folding the table. We had not applied any extra tension and were softly folding. As I mentioned before, the particle board is of such poor quality, that it would be impossible that any screws stay in place. I immediately called EastPoint Sports and they simply told me they would not be able to replace the top, and that I should contact Amazon. I was already contacting Amazon on their website and immediately took care of me. Amazon is picking up the table and refunding me for it. THANKS AMAZON ... show more

The product is not well made for its price ($219.99 - $399.99). The product is not as sturdy or stable as it appears in photos. The apron beneath the table edge looks like metal and strong, but it is actually a piece of thin plastic sheet (first time to see in plastic sheet) for decoration, no physical strength to support the table surface. Therefore, table surfaces appear to be wiggling and bending. One piece of the table is arching, with ~1.5 cm elevation in the middle (see photo). To start with, the inside leg assembly detached from the table, we had to attach a board to the table then attach inside leg assembly to that. The assembly that holds the net, balls and paddles detaches easily throwing balls, paddles and net in all directions. The bump guards on sides and front detach easily because it’s cheap plastic. If it were up to me, this company would never sell another one on Amazon or anywhere else. JUNK! ... show more

Waste of money. Handle flew off as i touched it. The edges are all cracked already (put it together today.). Middle isn't level. So not worth all the money, time and effort to put it together. Broke after 2 months.. can't keep repairing a $300 plus purchase. Still no refund or even an emailing regarding the item. ... show more

    • Poorly made product, even 80% of the screws and nuts don't fit
1. There's no instruction manual. No paper copy in box. No pdf on amazon. Not easily accessible on their site! You have to file a ticket through their customer support system. 2. 80% of the screws and nuts do not fit. They are really poorly made. Likely going to just return it at this point. They have a BIG "DO NOT RETURN, CALL US" , yeah right! It's really heavy so it's going to be a painful return process. Also, looking at all the recent reviews. It looks like the quality was good at some point and then they decided to just capitalize on past review (which could easily be fake) and no longer do any quality control on it. ... show more

    • 10-15 minutes for set-up is a big lie!!!
Started putting together just like the instruction said. (table on its surface with legs up) after getting the support parts on, we were suppose to turn the table on it side (no problem) with the legs now facing to the side. we were then told to rotate table until the legs were pointed toward the floor. We couldn't rotate like the instruction said because table would hit the ceiling on the rotation. trying to figure out what to do next. We (4 people) will move what we have outside & finish in the driveway & hope that we will be able to roll it in the house thru the basement door. So 10-15 minutes of set-up is a lie. we were already in at 20 minutes when we got to this problem & still have a lot of parts to do when we get the table upright!! ... show more

    • Bring friends for assembly
Not nearly as sturdy as I thought it would be. I don’t expect it to last long. 3-4 adults needed for assembly. Leg mount was installed backward when it arrived but didn’t know until 4 of us lifted it and the leg ripped right out of the cork bottom. 3/8” screws have no chance with the leverage pushing against them. The first one came damaged and when the replacement came they didn’t take the old one. Now I have one wobbly table and a damaged 300 pound box sitting in my room. ... show more

    • Disappointed. Paid what I consider quite a bit for this.
I believe I was sold a used item. It was partially assembled. One the the brackets for the table was bent and needed straightening as well as glue. Both supports for the net also required glue where the net support screws to the bottom. My kids will be using this, so I ensured it is now sturdy. Do not plan to use this vendor in the future unless some sort of deduction is offered for selling what I believe to be a used, imperfect product. Quite unhappy. ... show more
