Wasnt expecting much for a table that was under $600, but decided to try it knowing that if anything was wrong I could return it. The Amazon Delivery service literally tried everything they could to break this thing. Dragging it half on the hand truck, half bouncing on the ground. Then slide it on the hard corner of my deck and over my raised door jam. I thought for sure the side they slide it on would have been broken. But alas....everything was perfect! HOWEVER, it seems like whoever put on the adhesive under the table from the bottom of the playing surface to the structural wood was half drunk. They missed a good portion of the seems with adhesive (looks like construction adhesive), where they put it on the pieces on one end, but not on the other. I bought a tube of adhesive and finished the job. Once together, I leveled it the best I could and shot a few balls straight down the long way to see if the playing surface was warped or crowned. On one side there is the **slightest** warp that causes the ball to go towards the corner pocket about halfway down the adjacent bumper. But other than that completely liveable situation the top is amazingly flat. The fit and finish are actually pretty damn good! Now....the bad. 1)One pool cue is warped from about 8"s from the striking end to the tip. Like...pretty bad. I already bought different cues anyways as the included ones are way too light. It will be fine for my daughter to use, however. 2)The brush that comes with the table is complete trash. 3)The cue ball has what appears to be the beginning of a crack in it. I will be contacting the company to see what they can do about that. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. 1st things 1st. It’s heavy!! You WILL need assistance. The Amazon delivery guys put the box exactly where I asked them to. Now, I did tip them for it. Delivery states inside door entryway. It arrived very well packed. A minimum of 2 people are required to set it up and put it together!!! Assembly took about 30 minutes and a leveler was essential. We did an inventory on the contents, everything was there, no issues. As other customers have stated before me, the included Cue sticks are worthless, so keep that in mind. The balls are average and ordering a new set of sticks, ball rack and balls I did. The only issue I encountered WAS…..the felt arrived discolored….. The box have multiple bands on the outside and the discoloration looks like it was sitting under lights for a long period of time. So every 4-6 inches where the shipping bands were placed, it shows on the felt. Like a suntan per se on the felt. I did purchase the warranty, but I reached out to the manufacturer, who in turn, referred me to Amazon. Amazon bulky department made it RIGHT! That’s why it’s five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They returned to me a nice refund. The table is very sturdy and will play for years if taken care of. It comes with a dust cover that I think is essential to the longevity of the table. We don’t play everyday but we’re not in the market to spend $2500 on a professional table. This will do us just fine. Easy to assemble with help. Order new sticks, balls and a brush. Order new sturdier ball rack. You’ll enjoy your table….any issues, call Amazon. 2 months in and no issues! Hope this helps. ... show more

Table was easy to assemble. My wife and I put it together in about 30 minutes and successfully flipped over on its legs just the two of us. More teen/adult help would have been better. The shipping material takes a lot of space. Amazon delivery: okay. The delivery guys were not equipped to deliver a pool table. I had to bring out my furniture dolly and assist. This is the second table. The first was dropped off in a hurry without my wife being able to see the damage to the packaging before they hurriedly laid damage side down. Table was also damaged once we opened it. Amazon was great about the return and refund. We need to level one side up about 1/4 inch. Could be the concrete slab underneath. Play is as expected for the price. Good enough for amateurs to learn on and kids to develop skills. Table size is perfect for the room. Yes, plastic pockets. But it's good enough. Table looks great in the room as well ... show more

First off ordered it to be delivered in my residence for I live on a second floor and am a single and can’t carry it. They didn’t, they didn’t want to hurt their back which I understand but not what I paid for. Second once I started to unbox in my garage to bring up in parts so it’s lighter, if find that the table is broken in not 1 not 2 but 3 different places. Come on man I’ve been looking forward to this all week and now extremely disappointed. Table looks cool but turned off heavily now ... show more
