Just what I needed. Works like a champ. Easy install. Be aware when putting the piece on the water heater cold water inlet to be careful and not nick up the flat sealing surface. I did bugger it up a tad. I used emery cloth with a flat piece of metal to clean, flatten, and polish it up. No leaks!

Wanted to install an expansion tank on water heater and this made the job easier. Less fittings equals less chances of leaks. The single fitting was also cheaper than buying separate brass parts and putting them together. Will purchase again if the need arises.

I like the product, but I wish they didn't have the union. The union on mine leaked and I had to crank the thing down with a pipe wrench.

This products is well made and of good quality. However, it leaked. I did follow the instructions instructions (the box has a QR code tag you scan with your phone to download the manual), and I tried multiple times and it didn't matter how much I tightened it.
