Horn played great out of the box. Intonation is pretty good. The only thing I hate about it are the plastic pearls. It doesn’t feel good. I will have them swapped out for real ones. All that said this horn is replacing my “brand name” horn. It plays that good.

I love this horn. Ive been playing Selmer Serie iii for over 15 years. Bought this one to have while my main was in the shop. This has become my daily driver. Out the box it played top to bottom. Altissimo is easy. Pads seal great. No F#, which I prefer on tenor. Intonation is impeccable. I cant say enough about this horn. Came in a clean looking flight case. This horn is incredible! I have owned a Keilwerth sx90r, two Cannonballs, and a Macsax tenor and this horn competes with all of those. I am actually selling my other horn because I like this one so much. I am a professional player and teacher and have gotten many compliments already on the look and sound of this horn.
