We purchased this recorder for our 7yrs old son. He loves it. The color stands out from all his classmates and this makes him feel unique. He came home with the recorder one evening from school and showed me that a piece had fallen off. This isn’t like a professional recorder but good enough. The bottom piece doesn’t completely latch to the rest of it and makes it harder to get the low notes. I got it for my daughter since she loves playing her piano and drums and she is non stop playing it. It gets annoying but so worth seeing the smile on her face.
