This down blanket was the perfect fit and color for my sheets and queen sized bed. The thickness was especially nice since it is a balance between the summer comforter I had to give away (king size and age), and the winter comforter I bought two years ago that is quite thick and plush. The blanket was enclosed in a very strong plastic bag, which, when opened, puffed out once the pressure was released. There was no odor. The stitching is tight. I took a nap and found it to be the perfect temperature for my environment in the Sierras.... The price was perfect for my budget.
