Item arrived vacuum sealed just as other reviews stated. I opened up the package and the comforter immediately began to expand and fluffed up. As I do with all bedding, I did wash and dry the comforter before use just as the tag suggested. Comforter came out nice and soft and full. I purchased this for a spare bedroom King bed and bought it in a California king just to have a little extra length. The bed that this was put on is in front of a window and my dogs like to lay on the bed and look out during the day, so wanted something that would not get destroyed or the dog hair would not stick to. I went with a dark gray based on the color of my dogs to "blend" the hair in. I have had this on the bed now for a week. The extra length allowed me to tuck the comforter in at the top of the bed to protect my pillows. I did have dog hair on the comforter, but just took a vacuum to the top and the dog hair came right off and did not weave into the fabric as previous comforters have done. I cannot comment on the warmth, since it is a spare bedroom, but it is fluffy, very soft and so far works great for dogs that like to lay on it. No issues with washing and drying. I am now looking for another one for my other spare bedroom and would recommend it to others ... show more

I love my comforter. It’s so warm and living in MT (9 mo of winter!) is perfect! I have a queen bed but I got a king size and it just makes it so much more cozy!! I love scrunching up the edges and falling asleep in all that material. Like when you go to a hotel and you get that fresh temp of the sheets but cozy that you’re weirdly warm, you know? Well, that’s the feeling. It’s so big though that I have to take it to the laundry mat and use the super washer and dryer. But it’s worth it. Update: 1/31/23 The comforter actually has loops all around it. Highly suggest buying a duvet cover so you can protect it and only have to wash the cover and not the whole comforter 😌 ... show more

This comforter is vacuum packed with all the air sucked out of it. The box is heavy duty, no worries of it getting damaged in transit. When I opened it I put it in the dryer to fluff it up, but I made a big mistake. I put a dryer sheet in the dryer with it ( the comforter was not wet) and please do not do that with yours. The dryer sheet left marks on the comforter and I had a hard time trying to get them out. I love the comforter, it is nice and warm, and looks great on our bed. Glad I got it. ... show more

It’s a good blanket, it’s warm but not super heavy. The color is fantastic and actually the right color. However, I ordered a full size and it’s close, it’s just, well one giant square. Not even close to be shaped as a bed blanket, just a giant square. So it will literally not matter which way you put it, there is no top or bottom, nope. It holds up to fit my cal king bed, and other cal king comforters have not measured up to work for my bed prior … it’s not too short or too long like comforters we have gotten prior that we’re to be cal king but were not correctly meeting the cal king measurements And the color is great, the look after wash looks just as great as new Just a good choice ... show more

This cover is the best I've ever had. I bought this cover for my husband for Christmas. He always gets really cold at night. Sometimes he would use 2 or even 3 comforters just to get warm. Since I got him this cover he stays nice and warm when he sleeps. No extra covers required. I should also mention that I tend to run much warmer than my husband and most covers make me really hot at night making it really difficult for us to share blankets. Somehow, this cover keeps me comfortable. I don't know how it was created to satisfy our polar opposite needs but it's the best Cover I've ever had! It's wonderful! ... show more

We love it. My husband and I haven't shared a blanket for years because we always fight over it in our sleep. We have had this oversized king for a week and have had no issues. It was a bit flat from travel when I received it so I threw it in the washer and dryer and it was perfect. I recommend!
