It comes with a variety of ear cleaning metal tools that are just long enough to get most things but not too long to get in trouble. It charges quickly and I was looking in my ear for nearly 30 minutes straight with no battery issues. The light is bright and the camera is zoomed in to help pinpoint trouble areas. Cons: My ear hairs did get in the way of the camera and most of the wax I saw was waaaaaay back by the ear drum where I didn't want to get close to/couldn't get to. But at the end of the day that doesn't really affect my opinion of the tool - I'm still happy I bought it.

I clean my ears religiously with Q-tips and curettes but have been dealing with discomfort, pressure, and constant popping in my ears for a long time. Being able to see areas other devices weren’t reaching and remove the buildup of skin and wax instantly relieved all those issues. Very highly recommended to anyone with ear canals.

Works very well. Lot's of really dumb reviews about the app. It didn't ask for any permissions for normal viewing. If I want to take screenshots it obviously needs access for photos. Never asked for anything else. Also, it doesn't connect to your network. Your phone or tablet connect directly to the camera.

This camera requires you to disconnect from your wi-fi and connect to it (it is a wi-fi access point). You'll probably automatically reconnect when you turn it off. The little manual is pretty incomplete. And my audiologist repeats the usual line of don't put anything in your ear smaller than your elbow. But is is good for looking at other things.

Didn't come with instructions for using tools or how to clean ect. The camera tip does get alittle hot when in ear. Kind of hard to move around in ear and see at the same time with the tip in the way.

Ok I had the problem alot of others are having with once it works next it wont show the video even tho connected. Easy fix is by clearing the cache and the data if it happens and it will connect again. The product for ears is awesome. Its also great for instant super close ups. Camera sees far too. I bought another to give away cuz its awesome.
