I ordered two of these bikes for my daughter and I on prime day. I was a little hesitant at first because they are are not cheap. $500 off each bike helped seal the deal. Bikes arrived a couple days early, were packaged very well with lots of sturdy foam wrapping around the entire bike, and were pretty easy on finishing assembly. You definitely get what you pay for. Every part on the bike is a quality piece. The full suspension is adjustable to your weight and set you up for a plush ride. The different levels of pedal assist set you up for the workout you are looking for. They are very capable off road. On level 5 with the gears down all the way at 1 you have tons of torque. You can climb some seriously steep trails. Mid drive is the way to go!

Got my new bike have taken it out about five times already, everything works good. Love it so far. Size is good I am 200lbs and six foot fits me fine and I still get good power out of it 25mph on flat ground. Nice looking bike, seat comfortable has a motorcycle/mountain bike feel, good grips, and throttle and gear position, customer service has been very responsive and nice. Bike comes almost put together, a few things when putting together the little plastic tabs on front wheel need to be removed, and make sure forks facing in right direction. Bike is good for road and trails. Takes about five hours to charge.

This is my first e bike and so far this bike is amazing. I looked through hundreds of e bikes before landing on this one and this had the best price to feature and battery specs compared to other bikes. This bike is beautiful, has great performance, and I get a ton of look and compliments everywhere I ride it. It handles well, is responsive, has good hill climbing power, and is fast. I accidentally messed up some of my menu setting and knocked out my pedal assist and had to contact support for assistance. Afra was very patient and helpful in assisting me in troubleshooting and resolving the issue. They we even willing to send me replacement parts if anything was broken. Thankfully we were able to get all the menu setting back in place and back on the road. I'm really happy with this purchase and would buy from this seller again.

I wanted to wait until I rode the bike a bunch of times before I reviewed it. In general, this is a very nice ebike. Well worth the money. I have ridden a few more expensive ebikes and this one equals them in all ways. It seems very solid and well made. It has lots of power up hills and the charge lasts as long as any of the more expensive ebikes I've ridden. I do have a few issues - 1- the instruction video is terrible. It is very little help in the assembly. And what is amazing is there is no place in the video that tells you how to turn the bike on!! Customer service told me they are going to work on the instruction video. 2- I had trouble getting the front brake rotor to slide in between the disc brakes. They were too tight to slide the rotor in. I messed with it and looked at a few vids and did get the discs to separate enough to slide the rotor in. But the brake was not grabbing enough. I contacted the customer service, and they were very responsive. But this was not a problem that could be solved by sending pics to them. I finally took the bike to my bike shop and they adjusted the brake. In general, I don't think the brakes are very good. 3- The handlebars cannot be moved higher. This is a mountain style bike. So, you are sitting high and your upper body is tilted forward so there is pressure on your hands as you grip the brakes. It would be nice if you could bring the handlebars up so that your weight would not be pushing down on your palms.

We bought 2 of these bikes and they came in a box partially assembled. Had no problem assembling them with a little help from the instructions they supplied. We just love them, they look great, we got the black ones and it is really good looking. We charged the batteries full, they came with some charge. The batteries are fairly big and relatively heavy but that can be expected if you want 16Ah batteries. The bikes are very powerful and responsive and we just love the peddle assist. We went against a serious wind uphill the other day and passed all the suffering souls stopped along the way panting and pushing... We even take the bikes out without the batteries just to peddle around the camp site, we live in an RV, and that is also great. So far we are very happy with the bikes and the price was very reasonable. Nothing to really complain about. They are bigger bikes with the 27.5 wheels and tires.
