I got the black booties. I did size up as recommended by other reviewers, which is good. I also put in a cushioned insole, which is a must in my opinion, and why I only gave 4 stars. Overall, I really like them and I just couldn’t justify buying another expensive “boot”. I just wanted something simple, non-leather, and easy to slip on. I like these because they can be worn like slippers, but also outside to run errands. They are reasonably water proof/resistant. The insulation isn’t really great for being out in very cold temperatures, but if you’re just hopping from the car to the store, these are great. I wouldn’t wear them to shovel snow or to walk in snow over 1”, because the snow could easily come in through the top, as it would with any shoe of this design. The treads on them are okay, but they’re not a hiking boot or a heavy duty, thoroughly insulated snow boot. They came packaged very nicely. I hope they hold up! Update: several weeks later - still love them! Slipper-like boots (with my own added insoles)- who could ask for more! ... show more

I'm 100lbs overweight and need good support for my arches. I was worried about these and figured I could always use them for house shoes. Also the size jumped from 9.5 to 10.5 and I wanted a 10 so I decided on the 9.5. I was really happy with the look and even more so with the feel when I put them on. At the end of a six hour work day my feet felt just fine. A couple pangs from not being in my regular shoes, but I didn't have any issues from swelling and my arches felt fine. I'll wear them again tomorrow, and likely buy another color. Also I do multi day hikes and would consider these for camp shoes. Easy on and off and light weight. ... show more

I've had a pair of these 'snow boots' (I consider them slippers) before and really liked how they fit, feel, and look. So when they began to wear out, I ordered a new pair. My only complaint is the sizing. I wear a men's size 12 so that's what I ordered; however, the slippers were too small. So I returned and ordered a men's size 13. Again, still too small. Finally, I ordered a size 14 the slippers finally fit in length - yay - but were a tad too wide. But that's okay because my socks help fill the gap in the width. ... show more

I am torn as to whether to keep or return these. On one hand, I don't want to take them off. SO comfortable!! On the other hand, they don't look like sporty, do-errands-around-town sneakers like I was hoping. They look like big fluffy snow boots. A little clown-like. I am a 7 or 7.5 narrow. I got the 7, and it feels very wide, but that leaves room for thick socks. They feel like clouds on my feet. I don't know yet if they are waterproof. I've had the booties for approximately 2 weeks and have wore them everyday. Had snow and rain in the area for the past 2 weeks. The booties work well in the wet condition not allowing water to penatrate the body and the sole. They do keep my feet dry. Not sure how long the waterproofing will last. If you wear them in several inches of snow you may get some snow entering through the ankle area. Ive tested them on rough ice and they do have a grab to them. This in not saying you can run in them on a ice sheet. Still use common sense when walking on ice. The lining is not excessively warm its just right for my feet. I can wear them with or without socks inside or outside. If your looking for booties that is comfortable on the bottom of your feet and has arch support then this is not the bootie for you. You can add insoles and they will help. They have been just right for my use. 12/2/2022 Update on anti slip. Found a patch of ice on my driveway that had a smooth surface. Tested the booties on them for the anti slip property. On a smooth ice surface you will slide in them on a rougher ice surface booties did a better job in the anti slip. ... show more

These inexpensive booties are good for walking around in messy conditions. The soles are waterproof, but I did get some splashing/dripping at the back of my ankles. They're soft like slippers, so they're very comfortable, but not made for support. I wore them all day at school (I'm a teacher): They're warm, but not like full boots that can get hot if you wear them during a full workday. Functional, practical, but not sleek or fancy. I love the easy slip on of these shoes. I like the look of them and the versatility of at home or out and about styling. I've had compliments on the style of them. I had to add an orthotic insole because of my high arch which makes them very comfortable. I wear them all day long and they keep my feet warm inside the house and out. I rarely write reviews, but I love these shoes so much that I felt compelled to share. They are warm, extremely comfortable, and feel like I'm walking barefoot! Which, to me, is a plus. I bike and walk for work and often have so much foot pain with regular shoes/boots during that it's often difficult to do my job. With these, I can stretch my feet while I walk and after wearing them all day for work, my feet feel absolutely no pain. My only issue is that they are a little hard to slip on, especially with the socks I have, but I think it'll just take some getting used to the process.
