This bag is really cute and I like that the color is pastel. the only concern I'd have is that the multiple straps it has don't have anything to stop it so sometimes the straps just slide off. other than that it seems pretty sturdy and is very spacious so it can hold a lot of things inside. not to mention the little pins and cow it comes with are adorable. definitely worth the money!

Bought this for my kid at the start of the school year, it's xmas break now and the bag is holding up good. Doesn't really show dirt. Lots of pockets for my kids stuff. One downside: The straps want to slip out of the buckles in their original position. The factory puts them in kinda backwards, so they need to be threaded through the buckles the right way to not slip... putting a safety pin through it helped too. The straps are also a cotton-like material, not nylon. So the cut edge is not melted and can't be melted. This means it unravels. We pressed some glue into the ends of the fibers to fix that.

The plastic clear clips are too flimsy but I made it work. I love the bag but the backpack straps were not done. If you were to try to wear it. Your bag would fall right off. It’s not secure but the solution is to sew the straps so that it’s wearable. I love it regardless. I don’t have a needle and thread to sew so what I did was just loop the straps in the plastic part thing and then I used string and tied the ends. Just temporarily because depending on how much weight you carry it will probably fall off your back

The photo is the main shoulder straps. We have used this bookbag for 4 weeks. Both shoulder straps have broken. bag is compleltly unusable. I was barely able to buy her a book bag this year and now shes without in 5th grade middle school, b/c this bag broke on both shoulder straps. it is poorly made to break after 4 weeks. not durable at all. now b/c we live check to check, I cant buy her another bag and we are using plastic walmart bags. Thanks for eatting our tiny but of money we had access to. This bag is far from durable. I have had zero success in reaching out and speaking to someone from the co. to let them know how the durability is on these bag. someone needs to be aware how easy the straps snap and break then frey so much you cant even sew it back yourself. I am very crafty and artistic and these straps are freyed way too much after the break, so that it is impossible to fix and use. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU CAN TURN AROUND AND PURCHASE ANOTHER BAG IN 4 WEEKS.

This backpack is too cute! The zipper did break however, we contacted customer service team and they were on it immediately. They rectify the situation within 24 hours and we are pleased with the outcome I recommend the seller.

Great amount of pockets and very cute, BUT the zipper broke within days of using it so I requested a replacement. The zipper broke on this one too and the shoulder straps are coming apart. Has it for a month and can’t return it now. Waste of money.

Yes this back pack is really cute, however longevity is not included in the cuteness. The material is very soft-prone to holes and stains. The snaps are VERY thin plastic-something you wouldn't think a back pack for kids would be. The cow key chain was hanging on barely upon delivery. The straps are very thin and the stitching to the straps are mediocre. The card stock pics that came for the clear pocket didn't match the color scheme, and the strap connectors were unfinished with left over pieces of plastic hanging off. The fabric in the front pocket was left untrimmed too. Definitely not worth the cash.
