As mentioned by other buyers, my backpack DID NOT come with the 'cute pin accessories' or 'plush pendant' as stated in the description. This isn't the worst thing in the world, but it was one of the deciding factors when choosing this backpack. My daughter loves the color and the variety of pockets though, so we're keeping it. The plastic clear clips are too flimsy but I made it work. I love the bag but the backpack straps were not done. If you were to try to wear it. Your bag would fall right off. It’s not secure but the solution is to sew the straps so that it’s wearable. I love it regardless. I don’t have a needle and thread to sew so what I did was just loop the straps in the plastic part thing and then I used string and tied the ends. Just temporarily because depending on how much weight you carry it will probably fall off your back ... show more

I got this backpack for Christmas and it is adorable! It comes with lots of little pictures of cute bears to put inside the backpack, a few keychains, a few pins, and a little white stuffed bear to hang from the outside! Super cute! I brought this backpack to school with all of my heavy books in it, and it started to tear just a little bit so I would recommend not putting anything too heavy inside of this backpack. did arrive with one of the mesh pockets slightly torn, but its not visible unless you really look. i cut some of the straps off to suit my needs, and it works very well as a day bag. i like it alot :)

the texture is kinda soft but it’s a bit small almost awkward looking when on your back (especially if you are tall). inside is nice and has a laptop pocket.
