As soon as this dries it will not transfer, however it will need to be touched up after eating and drinking for a bit because it does kinda wipe off on your napkin.

Unfortunately I cannot get this any longer. Elf discontinued this color. This seems to dry out my lips and it lasts half a day on, but I loved the color. Bring it back,Elf!!
