I ordered this for my second floor apartment balcony railing after a big Midwest storm destroyed a beautiful 20 year old Bradford Pear Tree that provided me complete privacy all 4 seasons of the year. The product was as advertised. Make sure you buy your own zip ties as others have commented - the zip ties in this package are garbage. Also, it’s possible to run zip ties through the middle of the fabric to additionally secure to the balcony rails so the fabric doesn’t bow in the middle when the wind blows. I’ll update the review later down the road as far as longevity goes. Hopefully it holds up through temperature swings and UV abuse. ... show more

Nice material, looks good. Easy to install, but you will need heavy duty cable ties. I bought white ones, as I thought it looked better. Plus my top rail is big, so needed longer cable tie. I could not get it pulled tight, but it works.

This screen is exactly what we needed for our rooftop deck to ensure more privacy. It was extremely easy to install. I cut the fabric to fit and added grommets - super easy to do and it looks great. Don't spend the $$ on custom sizing when you cut it yourself.

The quality was not great and the holes as I was going to trim it by folding in sides, do not line up properly. It is very easy to set up however, but not ideal for a smaller patio. If you have a bigger patio with 3 sides to cover, this is perfect for you.
