Great product. Simple easy job literally 35 min total. Buy new bolts where it connects to the flange and the hanger removal tool. Sounds good on start up drones some around 3k rpm. It's pretty loud if ya want that. No directional arrow on the muffler look at the funny paper picture.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this system for my 2006 X-Runner and I am very happy with it. It was really easy to install and fit perfectly. I only had to trim off about 9 inches of the straight pipe. Would definitely recommend this system

    • Great product, terrible manufacturer.
The Exhaust Is great, Dynomax however has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I went with Dynomax mainly because of the price and a rebate offer at the time, I never received my rebate. Trying to get my rebate was a waist of time, the Customer service representatives I talked to were super rude and argumentative. It is an exhaust so it's function and install are simple. I have a 2008 tacoma access cab long box, I had to trim about 8-10 inches off the exhaust. The hardest part of the install is removing the rubber exhaust clips. I used WD40 and wedged a screw driver in to pry it off, the rubber clips have alot of play so don't worry to much about breaking them. The exhaust has a nice idle sound and does not make your V6 truck sound like a car from the Fast and the Furious at higher RPM's. All and all i really liked the product before i talked to Dynomax, I would hate to have an issue with one of Dynomax's products and try to get it resolved with a customer service of their caliber. Spend the extra money and buy from a manufacturer that is % 100 behind their product and company. I plan on looking for another Exhaust so I can get the Dynomax Logo off my truck. ... show more

    • Hole in my muffler?
Right out of the box the welds look crappy and like they'll easily rust out, so I put some high heat spray paint over them. It's barely louder than my stock exhaust but not in a good way, it just sounds like a hole was put in the muffler. It drones too, it's not too bad, I'm never annoyed by it, but how much it drones for how loud it is is pretty bad. Tunnel runs are super disappointing because it sounds exactly the same in and out of tunnels, there's no echo at all. The only reason I gave it more than one star is because it fits perfectly, everything lines up and it's a super easy install. ... show more
