I love everything about this set! It’s a good quality set, works incredibly well and even comes with a great carrying case with a good, solid metal latch on it. As a contractor and owner of numerous investment properties, I work on a lot more plumbing projects that I would like to. I’ve owned a lot of different cutters over the years. I started using this automatic spring loaded version about six or so years ago and will never go back. These are so much better than the older style where after every couple of turns on the pipe, you have to tighten the knob down to get the blade to cut deeper. These are way more comfortable to use, your wrist doesn’t get sore after a long day quite as easily, and they’re just cleaner and more efficient. This set comes with all of the cutters you need for all sizes of tubing or pipe. It also comes with a very nice deburring tool that as you can see in my photos, works incredibly well and does a very precision job. They even give you a spare blade for the deburring tool. I do wish they gave some spare cutting wheels for the tube cutters, but those are easy enough to get through Amazon. The thing I like about these spring loaded cutters is that they fit your hand much better than the larger ones with the adjustment knob on them. They’re more comfortable to grip, super easy to turn and work really well for getting into tight spaces. This particular set is very well-made and heavy duty and as I mentioned before, I’m super impressed with the quality of the storage and carrying case they come in. I’m in the process of finishing my basement on my own personal home. I don’t get a lot of time to work on it so has been going on for much longer than I had hoped it would. I just finished all the plumbing runs to the future bathroom with these cutters a couple nights ago. They did a great job. I’m not kidding when I say that these are truly the best set of pipe cutters I have ever owned. I’ve never had any Duratech tools before, but if all of them are built this well, I can assure you that I will be ordering more of them. This is a solid set at a great price and you will not be disappointed if you ordered them.

This is a high quality copper tubing cutter set that I used to cut copper tubing when I renovated my shower. My existing copper water supply line for the showerhead was too high, so I used this cutter set to shorten the copper tubing. The cutter worked perfectly and made a clean cut without any difficulty! I appreciated that the cutting wheel turned smoothly without much effort while the rollers kept the pipe and the cutting edge perfectly aligned as I rotated the cutter around the pipe. Good alignment is important when cutting copper pipe as it creates a perfectly flat edge that prevents leaks and with this tool you will get that perfect cut. The included deburring tool is a good addition that let me clean up both the inside and outside edges of the pipe, ensuring a proper fit for the new shower valve connections. The cutters themselves are solid and well made while the storage case keeps them organized when you are not using them. I would recommend this copper tubing cutter set to anyone who wants to achieve clean, professional looking cuts in copper tubing.

This is a really nice set to have on hand if you intend to do any plumbing work. They don't cut as quickly as my Ridgids, but the cut clean and quick enough. Deburring tool works great too. I am a professional remodeler, and I would recommend this set over most big box store house brands. I like that it's all packaged in a really nice little case. I keep it in my at home plumbing box and threw out my old ones.
