This product was very easy to assemble and we are well satisfied with it. We had a problem with the motor on the desk the first day after assembling it and contacted the manufacturer and within a week we got a replacement part. In fact they actually sent way more than what we needed. We would definitely not hesitate in buying any of their products in the future. The lady we talked to was very pleasant and all we had to do was give them our Amazon order number and send them a picture of the defective part.

i was able to put this together myself in under an hour, which is really great! not too heavy for one person to do alone. they also added an extra of every screw, so if you lose one it’s okay. moves up and down smoothly and quietly! only things i’m a little bummed about are the desktop itself is pretty thin and it does wobble a little when at standing height (but i think this is due to it being on carpet). i did also notice one of the cable covers doesn’t fit quite right (the actual cover part has a swivel that just doesn’t fit like it should when opened, if it’s closed it fits fine), but i’m not super concerned about it. overall, not bad for the price!

The media could not be loaded. Been hearing great things about standing desks, so had to get one. I'm so glad I purchased this one. Just what I wanted and at a great price. It was very easy to assemble. The instructions are very clear and each part is labeled, so no guessing games. Unfortunately, the desktop has a bulge or something on it, but I can live with it. I was afraid the two panel for the desktop would be an issue, but it is very sturdy. Nothing wobbles when adjusted at a high height. The controls are easy to use, setting a height was a breeze. Such a great desk that now my family each wants one.

I cannot stress enough, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IF YOU INTEND ON USING IT AT GREATER THAN HALF OF ITS ADVERTISED HEIGHT RANGE. Due to the manner in which the legs are constructed and the materials they are made of, this desk shakes violently even at the simplest uses, such as typing on a keyboard or moving your mouse. Because of the design of the legs, there is no feasible way to add a cross brace to help address this issue. Furthermore, there is a lot of play in the leg assembly itself, so even with a cross brace in place, the desk will continue to shake when at higher extension due to the give in the upper portion of the leg lift assembly. Also, be sure to account for the fact that the feet for the desk, while adjustable, are cheap plastic and will glide effortlessly across anything short of a carpet or a pad, causing further disruption in it's use if not pressed against a wall. The right leg also arrived in such a way that upon assembly, the foot pigeon-toes inward in a way that I am unable to fix on my own. And, because of the difficulty and manual labor involved in assembling it, it's easier for this disabled person on a fixed income to EAT THE FISCAL LOSS rather than break it down for a return... which I suspect the company is aware happens frequently, and banks on it to pad their margins. I'd give it 0 stars if Amazon allowed - Complete waste of money and a tremendous disappointment. When informed of all of this, Amazon intentionally and repeatedly disregarded my outcry at the situation even when made aware directly several times of the risk this product creates to consumers. A script was followed with absolutely ZERO concern for the very serious issues brought to light, and I was informed it's break it down, or no assistance from us - with NO effort to collect evidence on the claims presented or to make a human decision in the interest of customer safety and care. I fully intend on reporting this product's manufacturer to the Better Business Bureau and appropriate consumer safety protection agencies due to the radical risk of harm it poses its users, as well as amazon's blatant disregard for the raising of these concerns via their support portal by not one, but two individuals.
