Not sturdy at all. I can't even imagine putting a laptop on it, given how flimsy it feels. I understand it is a budget product but it literally wobbles if you so much as touch it. On top of that, the legs aren't wide enough to fit around either of the two walking pads (which are both very common/average widths), so this is completely useless. I guess they got my $ because it's not worth returning but I will be looking for a different solution. ... show more

Great mobile desk for the price. Adjustable height which is a great feature. Saves a ton of space as i'm able to move it around and work from multiple places. Small enough that I can slide it to a corner if I need it out of the way.

It doesn't go up and down easily. Takes a bit of work. And the wheel stopper doesn't really stop it. It's too light and the wheels just slide on the floor. But it's otherwise great.

At around $35 during Prime Days this rolling desk was simply too good a deal to pass up, and for that price point it delivers a reasonable amount of functionality. Sometimes you get what you pay for in the best sense, and sometimes in the more literal sense, and this one falls somewhere in the middle. The sit-stand height adjustment works as described and the pin-and-knob locking system keeps it stable once you find your preferred height. For a portable desk used during work sessions it handles the basics without any wobbling or instability issues, which is the most important thing to get right. A couple of honest notes worth flagging for prospective buyers though. The wheels are harder to move than the listing suggests. Rolling it between rooms requires more effort than you would expect from a desk marketed on its mobility, so if easy frequent repositioning is the main appeal for you, temper those expectations a little. The shelf also needed some supplemental organization on my end. I ended up purchasing separate pieces to keep books properly contained on it, which was an unexpected additional step. The shelf does its job as a surface but without some help items tend to slide around more than is convenient. For a budget-friendly portable desk for working from different spots around the house or as a flexible study station, it serves that purpose adequately.
