Drive Medical Quad Cane, chrome. Desirable to have such a cane on both floors of house. Pleased that the cane purchased through Amazon seems essentially equal to the expensive cane purchased by insurance. Packaging is very simple - assembly is easy and expected to be so for anybody. Height adjustment requires a bit of effort and is made more easy if one temporaraly twists the top portion slightly out of allignment with the latches while sliding the top portion to the desired height. ... show more

    • Drive Medical delivers great products with excellent after market support!
Having used Drive Medical products (wheel chair, transfer bench) in the past, I decided to purchase their Quad Cane to help during my rehab. The cane works great, however I noticed I was having trouble holding on to the vinyl grip due to palm persperation. I contacted Drive Medical to see if the grip could be replaced or if maybe they could recommend a non-slip solution for the vinyl grip. They informed me that the grip is not replaceable, but they have a new a Quad Cane model with a foam type grip which might be better. Further, they offered to send me one of them at no charge. I received the new model and it works great; just can't beat a company that offers this kind of support. Drive Medical buids great products, offers excellent product support and will continue to be my first choice. ... show more

The cane is sturdy but I was expecting the rubber feet on the bottom to be a larger diameter like my last one. The larger feet would make it that much more stabil

My elderly relative needs assistance in walking and this quad cane helps her ambulate without having to worry about the cane falling when she reaches her destination. Not sure if I like the silver color but it’s sturdy. Arrived well wrapped and secure thus avoiding being scratched. It came quicker than anticipated. Kudos to the sender. It suits my purpose.

    • Terrible, dangerous product and NOT RETURNABLE
I bought this for my elderly mother. It was so poorly manufactured that it does not sit level on the ground, thus defeating the basic purpose of the product. I tried to return it but Amazon says it is not returnable or even exchangeable. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
