Works well for a small washing machine. I used it to connect to my hot & cold water outlets. I purchased an additional one, to connect to this one, so I can connect my countertop dishwasher, as well. Unfortunately, this one broke & I've only had it for a little over a yr. This is a bit concerning, as it means that I will have to check these hoses for wear and tear every yr! I'm glad that I was able to catch it before anything happened. I was also able to fix my slow water intake for the washing machine, as I was trying to rig it & the dishwasher. I didn't realize that there was an considerable amount of gunk that the filter had blocked - which had brought the water flow to barely above a trickle. It probably would've eventually blocked it completely and I'd have thought my machine was broken! 😅 ... show more

the best thing i like about these is that it has a rubber gasket in the part of the hose connector (the female part?) in both ends of the y-hose. that's great so it doesn't inadvertantly slip out. and it comes with an extra gasket for the male? side (the end of the y). I use these in my store and it's great to get water to 2 places with no leaks! no leaks means i'm not wasting money. ... show more

I was out of town when they arrived. When I got back and installed, they leak from the connectors. I switched and tried the second one and same thing happened. I had no time to reorder different ones so I sprayed a leak sealer on them a few times before the leaks became little enough to tolerate these awful connectors. ... show more
