This is my 2nd charger purchase. The first one lasted about 2.5 years, which is pretty good. You have to understand that something will eventually wear out or stop working over time with all the retractable motions. The retractable cords are plenty long enough and very sturdy. The base also gives you an extra usb connection. I think it’s a pretty good charger for the price.
