Giving a 4 because I ordered a size 7 wide and recieved a regular 7. So the bottom strap is a bit tight, but this is the best pair I have found so far. The heel part is pretty comfortable. It's a good height that it's easy to walk and stand in without feeling like I'm going to fall over or loose balance. I wore these heels for 8 hours, and my feet didn’t hurt once! They were surprisingly comfortable and easy to walk in. I was able to wear them all day without any discomfort. As for sizing, I would definitely recommend going down half a size from your usual tennis shoe size. If you know your boot size, I would go based on that instead.
