These DREAM PAIRS knee-high boots are giving comfort, style, and a lil’ bit of Black girl magic all wrapped into one shoe. I slipped them on and immediately felt like I needed a PSL in one hand and a cute little jacket draped over my shoulders—not because I was cold, but because the look needed to be completed. The light brown color is that perfect warm neutral that sets off melanin beautifully, and the square toe + chunky heel combo? Baby. They understood the assignment. What I’m Obsessed With: Comfortable AF: I wore these out running errands, to brunch, AND for a Target stroll—and my feet were still speaking to me at the end of the day. Chunky heel + platform = stability. No baby deer wobble here. I was stepping like I had bills to pay and a man to ignore. Side zipper = easy on and off: No drama, no fighting with your boots while trying to be cute. Wide enough for calves: If you’re team thick-thigh-save-lives, these won’t be cutting off your circulation mid-walk. Light brown color on brown skin?? Glory. Literal walking aesthetic board. What I’d Change: The material is super cute, but it’s not suede or leather—it’s a soft faux feel. Still gorgeous, but don’t go stomping through puddles thinking you’re invincible. They are the perfect FRYE DUPE. They are totally worth your money and i got so so many compliments on these. I would never pay $500 for boots so these are the perfect match.

The boots are quite firm on the inside. At first I was surprised with how they felt and thought they were too small, but it just took a few minutes of walking around to get used to them. I walked around a city and was comfortable in them. I am a size 9 but typically order 9 1/2 in running sneakers and boots. I went with my true size 9 based on reviews and they fit well. I would say if you’re in between sizes, pick your smaller size.
